Angļu The topic of the bachelor paper is “Structure Comparison of the Baltic Film Industries”. The author is Paula Jansone, 4th year student at the Latvian academy of Culture. The paper is supervised by Dr. oec. Doc. Ieva Zemīte. The research question of this paper is what differences are there between Baltic Film industries and how do they affect each countries film industry. The aim is to research Baltic Film industries and compare their structural base. In order to fulfill this aim the author gathered theoretical material on the Cultural and Creative Idustries and film as part of it. Researched Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian film sector structure and statistics. In the end combining both theoretical and practical knowledge on film industries and Baltic cinematographic fields resulted in recomendations for further research topics, which can be done, based on this work. One of the most important conclusions was, that Baltic cinematic fields have not been researched as a unit, and therefor have not been compared. Such actions could give academic and practical advices on how to develop national film industries and how to form furture cooperation institutions. |
